The action intent to strengthen the role of civil society in the promotion and provision of SSs with the aim to address the needs of the most vulnerable groups in close coordination with other relevant services in targeted municipalities.

There were interviewed 300 IDU-s. The data were gathered from 12 cities around Kosovo from pharmacies related to prescription drug abuse. 15 focus groups were held.

Establishment of two VCT centers in two prisons and are distributed 20000 condoms inside prison. 4, 00 brochures were delivered.

Developing and delivering 12,000 leaflets. 350 young people were tested on HIV, Hepatitis B and C. There were identified 17 sites of injecting drug users in Pristine and Fushe Kosove. The research “Mapping of Drug Users Sites” was conducted and published.
