Open call for awarding small grants
The aim of the open call is to contribute to improving the social inclusion of children and youth at risk in Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia through strengthening the role of CSOs in the provision of services and the promotion of local and national policies and practices, or more specifically:
Strengthening the capacities of relevant stakeholders and CSOs to work with children and youth at risk, primarily children and youth who use drugs that are in conflict with laws coming from families using drugs or conflicting with laws that are parental care, children and youth on the street, as well as children and young Roma;
Establish, maintain, extend or improve the services available to children and young people at risk of social protection and inclusion, education, employment, health care, security, equality, respect for rights and access to justice;
Improve access to data and promote awareness, policies and practices for social inclusion of children and youth at risk at local or national level.
Through the open call, a total of 210,000 euros will be allocated, or 35,000 euros in each of the countries in the region.
Labyrinth coordinates the granting of grants for applications that apply to Kosovo and will oversee the implementation of projects for which funds will be allocated.
The maximum amount that can be applied for is € 10,000. However, 10% of the total project implementation costs will be used as financial contribution from the Subgrantee's organisation. This process would last from 4 to 7 months .
The deadline for submitting applications is October 22, 2018, 23: 59h.
